How do I log in to my account?

Locate the ‘My Account’ portal in the top right corner of the PODS.com website, or log into your account by clicking here. Please log in using your email address and the 4-digit PIN you provided upon booking. If you are not sure which email address you used with your account, you may enter your PODS Customer ID, which will begin with 12 or 13 (your Customer ID is included in most emails you receive from PODS). If you need any assistance, please call the PODS Business Solutions Team at 877-BIZ-PODS or email them at businessteam@pods.com.

Can I schedule PODS container pick-ups or deliveries online?

If you’re moving or storing with us locally, you can schedule deliveries or pick-ups online by logging into your account. However, if you have multiple containers or if you need to schedule a long-distance move, we advise you to call the PODS Business Solutions Team at 877-BIZ-PODS or email them at businessteam@pods.com. To schedule local deliveries or pick-ups online, follow these steps:

1 ) Log in to your account.

2) Click on "My Containers" and choose "All Orders."

3) Scroll down to the container you wish to schedule, and click on 'Schedule move.'
